Goalence

Privacy Policy

How Goalence handles data. Last updated: 1 June 2026.

Who we are

Goalence ("we", "us") provides AI-powered football statistics, match predictions and editorial stories for informational and entertainment purposes only. Goalence does not require an account, does not process any real-money transactions, and does not handle any funds. This policy explains what limited data we process when you use the Goalence website and mobile app, and your rights over it.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, address, phone number or payment details. • Usage & device data (analytics): when you use the app or site we collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — pages or screens viewed, in-app interactions, approximate region (derived from a truncated/anonymized IP, not stored as your full IP), device type, operating system and app version. This helps us understand which features are useful and fix problems. • Information you choose to send us: if you email us, we receive the contents of that message and your email address so we can reply. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or financial information. We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) and we do not run third-party ad networks.

How we use data

We use the limited data above only to operate, secure and improve Goalence — measuring feature usage, diagnosing crashes and errors, understanding aggregate trends, and responding to messages you send us. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Service providers (data processors)

We rely on a small set of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms: • Google Analytics (Google Ireland/LLC) — anonymized usage analytics (IP anonymization enabled). • PostHog — product analytics for understanding feature usage. • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for goalence.com. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us and may store it on servers outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies & local storage

The website uses a small number of analytics cookies / local-storage entries to measure usage and remember basic preferences (such as your language). You can clear these at any time through your browser settings. The mobile app loads the same website inside a native container and behaves the same way.

Legal basis & your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Where the EU GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK applies, our legal basis for the limited analytics processing above is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the product, and your consent where required for non-essential cookies. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Because we store almost no identifiable data, in most cases there is nothing tied to you individually — but to exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Goalence is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Data retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention windows and then aggregated or deleted. Messages you email us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app or on the site.
